Where do you deliver to and what is the shipping cost?
We are happy to tell you we deliver worldwide and we ship same day on all orders placed before 1 pm.

Orders completed before 1pm are shipped same day for products where we are stockits.
Returns and exchanges
We doubt it will happen, but if you are unhappy with a product, you have 30 days from the date you received your order to exchange or return it.
How do I return an item?
Simply follow these steps below:
- Make sure that all items you return are unused and in original packaging with all labels still attached
- Include you original Order Confirmation and mark the products you wish to return
- Please state your reason for return
- Send the products to: YUME CPH, Århusgade 138A, 2150 Nordhavn, Denmark
Once we have received the items, we will reimburse the amount (subject to approval of return). Your refund will be credited to the original payment method. This is to avoid the illegal use of stolen credit cards.
How do I exchange an item?
If you wish to exchange the item you received with a different size or colour, simply follow the 4 easy steps as shown above and note which item you wish to exhcange.
